2013 MSF Fundraising Results

A big “Thank You” goes out to everyone who helped MSF make 2013 a success. Because of your contributions, we were able to not only help out for Christmas, but also throughout the year. Below is a snapshot of our 2013 year.

 

2013 Barrow County Back 2 School

In July, MSF donated book bags to the Barrow County School System and partnered with Mark from Mark & Company to give free haircuts.

 

Gainesville Mule Camp

MSF participated in a 3 day festival in Gainesville. The foundation was able to sell a variety of items to visitors and share MSF’s mission. All proceeds were used to help families in need.

 

Community Member Birthday Surprise

MSF was able to facilitate a long overdue visit for Crystal, her mother Kathreen and her two children. Crystal had been incarcerated for 6 years, but had never received a visit. MSF hopes to bring more families together in this way in the future.

 

PADV Thanksgiving Events

MSF Partnered with New Mercies Christian Church to put on a Thanksgiving Event for the PADV Women’s Shelters.

 

2013 Holiday Giving

MSF was able to provide Christmas to 3 families and 6 community members. That’s a total of 14 individuals! We also gave in-kind donations to Barrow County Holiday Connections.
