HELP

Four letters creating one word that carries multiple meanings. Just a tiny amount of Help can often be the difference between success and failure. One of the obstacles we all face is figuring out where to turn for that Help.

Georgia Residents can start with www.georgia.gov

There are many State departments and programs that provide services to Georgia Residents. Georgia provides a centralized way to find out about these opportunities.

The site helps by providing information for the various Georgia state services, including their locations and phone numbers. Some topics the site covers are collecting or paying child support, finding a job, applying for food stamps, applying for Medicaid and recovering unclaimed money or property.

Georgians can chat live with a representative or e-mail questions. Citizens can also call 1 (800) 436-7442 (Mon–Fri 8AM-6PM EST).

Go online or call to find out more about these and other programs.
