D&W Auto and Spare Tire LLC is offering a free oil change with tire rotation and balance to the person who gives the most this holiday season. All cash and non-monetary donations will be counted; simply submit your receipts for purchases by e-mail or in person to a committee member. The winner will be announced on the website and notified on Friday, December 23rd, with instructions for claiming the prize.
